UFO hacker McKinnon loses bid to avoid extradition to USA

McKinnon hackerUK hacker Gary McKinnon, has lost his latest bid to avoid extradition to the United States.  McKinnon faces trial for what has been referred to as “the biggest military computer hack ever” by US authorities.

This case has attracted a great deal of media attention, for very good reason.

McKinnon suffers from Asperger’s Syndrome and there are concerns regarding his health, should he face trial in The USA.  He told The BBC that his hacking was part of a “moral crusade,” to prove that US intelligence had found an alien craft that run on clean fuel.

McKinnon admits hacking into 97 computers, belonging to the likes of The US Navy and NASA – but denies the allegation that his actions caused $800,000 worth of damage.
