In fact, there are so many that I know longer can take the time to look to see if any of them are actual real followers who know me or find me interesting. That's had a dampening effect on my use of Twitter, because finding new people used to be very intriguing. Now, it's just a pain in the ass. Twitter needs an Akismet-program that will weed sleazy followers without my ever seeing them. Yeah, I made the names up above, but just look at your followers, you'll see a scad of the type I'm talking about. Twitter is Our Neighborhood - Let's Keep it Clean.
